K.V.K.K (Personal Data Protection Law)

(“KVKK”) In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the clarification texts regarding the extent to which KENT FORUM FUARCILK will be processed in the capacity of data controller are presented to your information under the headings below.

a) The Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed Your personal data,

• To carry out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by the company and to communicate with you regarding our activities,

• Introducing and recommending the products and services offered by the company to you,

• Execution of communication activities,

for the purposes specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK

“c) It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”,

"f) It will be processed within the legal grounds of "obligation of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned".

b) To Whom The Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred For What Purpose

Your personal data will be transferred without seeking the explicit consent of the data subject in accordance with Articles 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:

• It will be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations, in case of necessity or demand, in order to fulfill the legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation.

• In order to follow the legal processes, it can be shared with our lawyers as much as necessary within the framework of the confidentiality obligation.

c) Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on the legal reason specified in 5 (2) of the KVKK, in order to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (c) of this text:

Personal data is collected by sending an e-mail message by the person concerned, filling out the contact form on the website, sending a CV through the website, visiting the website and contacting through social media platforms.

d) Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, your requests regarding your personal data, preferably by filling in all the information specified in the Relevant Person Application Form on our website,

• in writing, through a notary public or by registered letter with return receipt, in order to identify you and not to inform the wrong people,
